The workshop place in Prague will be adapted to the current anti-covid rules of the Czech Republic, valid on the given date.
REGISTRATION FOR CONGRESS CENTER IN PRAGUE – ON SITE MEETING
Registration will be processed on first come first serve basis. Capacity of the lecture hall is limited, late or onsite registrations might be refused for capacity reasons.

Room allotment in following hotels has been booked for workshop participants. Rooms will be allocated according to your request in the registration form on first come first serve basis. Please note that the prepayment is required to quarantee your room reservation. Rates include breakfast and VAT.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Full prepayment of the accomodation is requested. Unpaid reservations will be automatically released.
Cancellations:
- cancellation by February 1, 2023 – full refund
- cancellation between February 1 – February 12, 2023 – 90 % refund (10 % charged as the administration fee)
- cancellation between February 13 – February 28, 2023 – 50 % refund (50 % charged as the cancellation fee)
- cancellation after March 1, 2023 – no refund
